By accessing and using HowzitSocial ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all content you publish through the Service. You must not use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or any content that violates the terms of the social media platforms you connect to.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Service access is provided on a subscription basis. All payments are processed through PayFast. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing based on your selected plan. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section of your dashboard.

4. Limitation of Liability

HowzitSocial is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any deletions, failures to post, or account suspensions on third-party social media platforms. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the last 12 months.

5. API Dependencies

Our Service depends on third-party APIs (YouTube, Facebook, etc.). We are not liable for any changes, outages, or functional limitations imposed by these third-party providers.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your subscription payment fails.
